As part of our agency’s growth in Marrakech, we are looking for Freelance Real Estate Agents (M/F) with a real passion for sales, negotiation, and high-end real estate.

Your role

As a Freelance Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for:

Prospect and build a portfolio of properties.
Source sellers, buyers, owners, and tenants.
Market prestige villas, riads, apartments, guest houses, land, and exceptional properties.
Arrange viewings and support clients through their real estate projects.
Advise on and negotiate the best terms for sale and rental.
Follow each case through to the signing of deeds or rental contracts.
Build a network of partners and cultivate lasting client loyalty.
Represent the image and values of Morgan & James Real Estate Agency.

The profile we are looking for

Experience in real estate, sales, or business development is welcome.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service.
Autonomy, rigour, and initiative.
A taste for a challenge and for performance.
A polished presentation and a professional attitude.
Fluency in French is essential; Arabic and English are highly valued.
Any additional language is an asset when serving an international clientele.
A personal vehicle is recommended.
