As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated, ambitious freelance real estate agents in Casablanca (M/F) with a real passion for commercial negotiation.

Your role

You will be responsible for:

Prospecting new owners and building your property portfolio.
Sourcing qualified buyers and tenants.
Marketing apartments, villas, offices, retail premises, and prestige properties.
Arranging and conducting viewings.
Advising and supporting clients throughout their real estate project.
Negotiating offers and following sale and rental transactions through to signing.
Growing your professional network and building lasting client loyalty.
Helping raise the profile of Morgan & James Real Estate Agency across the Casablanca market.

The profile we are looking for

Experience in real estate, sales, retail, or negotiation is welcome.
An excellent commercial instinct and a strong sense of client service.
Dynamic, self-reliant, and results-driven.
Initiative and a taste for a challenge.
An excellent presentation and natural interpersonal ease.
Fluency in French is essential; Arabic and English are a plus.
A personal vehicle is preferred.
